Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in promoting Unity Tack. This Affiliate Program is designed to reward partners who share Unity Tack with their audience in an honest, ethical, and respectful way. By signing up, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commissions & Payouts

  • You earn 50% commission on every qualifying sale made through your referral link.

  • Commissions are paid via PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal email is accurate in your account.

  • Payouts are made on the [15th of each month OR within 30 days], after the refund period has passed.

  • Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded purchases. If a referred sale is refunded within the 14-day guarantee period, the corresponding commission will be marked as rejected. Commissions become payable after the refund window closes.

2. Tracking & Referrals

  • Referrals are tracked via your unique ?ref= link.

  • We are not responsible for referrals that fail to track due to browser settings, cookies, or link errors.

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.

3. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote Unity Tack through ethical, honest marketing methods such as blogs, videos, emails, and social media.

  • You may not use spam, misleading claims, or impersonation.

  • You may not run paid ads using the Unity Tack brand name or URL without written permission.

4. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, especially if promotional activity violates these terms or harms our brand.

  • If terminated, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

5. Program Changes

  • Terms, commission rates, or the program structure may change at any time. We’ll notify you via email or on the affiliate dashboard when changes occur.

6. Legal

  • You are responsible for disclosing your affiliate relationship clearly and in compliance with FTC guidelines.

  • This program is governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
